How we handle enquiry data
This page explains how the website prepares an email and why the Agroprocessor team needs the information you choose to share.
Who receives your enquiry
Recipient: NanoPLC LLC
16, 5th Verkhny Lane, building K, 6th floor, Saint Petersburg, 194292, Russia
For questions about your enquiry or personal data, contact info@nanoplc.ru or +7 800 201-27-47
What information we need
Your name and phone number or email address allow us to reply.
Your farm name, location, sector and task description help us prepare for a useful discussion. These details are optional.
How the form works
The information you enter is used within your browser to prepare an email draft.
Completing the form and selecting “Prepare email” does not send an enquiry to the Agroprocessor team.
“Open in email” passes the draft to your chosen email application.
You review the message and confirm sending it yourself to info@nanoplc.ru
You can also copy the text or download an email file.
The downloaded file remains on your device and may contain the contact details you entered.
How correspondence is used
Once you send the email, NanoPLC LLC uses the information to reply, clarify your requirements and prepare a proposal.
Consent in the form covers handling your enquiry. It does not include marketing emails.
To correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, email info@nanoplc.ru, identifying the contact details you used for your original enquiry.
Correspondence data is used until the enquiry has been resolved or consent is withdrawn, unless another legal basis permits further retention.
Technical data and external links
The website code does not use advertising trackers, external font services, embedded maps, cookies or persistent browser storage for form data.
The hosting provider may keep access logs, including IP addresses, access times and requested pages.
The NanoPLC website and your email application open only when you choose to use them.
Email application behaviour and message delivery depend on your chosen email service.
